Non-Profit organization aiding and providing services for underserved populations is seeking a dynamic Contract Administrative Assistant for its corporate office in Los Angeles.
HYBRID schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes and tracks all agreements received by the contracts department.
- Provides general administrative support
- Maintains the organization of the department’s contracts and compliance records.
- Able to create graphs and charts based on data
- Completes accurate meeting minutes, schedules meetings, prepares materials/presentations, hand outs and schedules training as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring all psychiatrist and nurse practitioners licenses are current.
- Interacts with other internal programs, clinical/support staff and external sources such as school or community personnel as applicable.
- Reports to work on time and maintains reliable and regular attendance.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduate with related work experience; or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent from two (2) year College or technical school; or a minimum of four (4) years of office experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of basic principles of contract law
- Experience drafting contracts and legal documents
- Knowledge of contract management systems such as EGMS. CLX. SharePoint, etc.
- Excellent people skills and customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
