A/P Clerk

Century City, CA, CA

We are looking for a charismatic and professional AP/AR Clerk to join our team in Century City, CA! A local leader in Tax Accounting is seeking an eager and ambitious talent that is willing to learn new skills!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Related specific responsibilities will include:

  • Check and approve all invoices for payment
  • Match, batch & code invoices for daily data entry
  • Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary
  • Contact vendors regarding discrepancies and answers all vendor inquiries
  • Complete vendor statement reconciliations quarterly
  • Prepares A/P checks, prints all A/P reports and maintains all A/P files
  • Maintains vendor files, city licenses, and DMV renewals
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of AR/AP experience
  • Expereince working with Taxes is a PLUS
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months year of Excel and Word experience
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
