- Shift Available: Open 24 Hours, Multiple Shifts Available ON CALL 30 hours week
As a Housing Monitor you would act as the primary contact for residents in housing facilities for behavioral health patients. This would require you to build and maintain professional relationships with residents; ensures resident compliance with house rules and safety throughout their stay. You will be working in man intense environment with people in substance abuse recovery, homeless in transitional living, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs resident supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Greets new intakes and visitors
- Demonstrates the ability to interact appropriately with residents at all times
- Addresses issues and enforces behavioral expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agencies/Service Providers
- Assist participants with information and available resources
- Gather documentation to ensure participants qualify for resources
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Good verbal and written skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Skills in time management and crisis intervention
- Drivers License
- Background check
- Reliable Transportation
- May be able to drive from location to location if needed
