Maintenance Coordinator(Spot 2)

Amazing Non- Profit Organization in Pasadena is seeking a Housing Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

  • Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Pay: $18.00
  • Must have a Valid CA Drivers License (for 2+ years)

 

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist with minor Facility improvements, including painting, patching, upholstery cleaning, etc
  • Assist with interoffice moves, including relocation of furniture, boxes, and supplies
  • Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Performs minor repairs such as plumbing, plastering, painting and electrical as needed at all sites and other assigned areas
  • Assists with collection and distribution of in-kind donations
  • Work one-on-one with vendors to preform walk-throughs and obtain quotes
  • Maintain routine records
  • Responds to requests for emergency clean-up, repairs or other assistance with a positive service attitude

Education and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CA Drivers License (for 2+ years)
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish/English preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (Via company vehicle)
  • Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • 1 year experience in Facilities or General Office Support
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
